Photographer: Amanda Mollindo_ Writer: Zamara Rios

I see her from above; she is an angel on the street,
crying for a human in the sky, crying for me.
Nervous and frightened is the expression on her face
but sweet is her voice because I know she has faith.
Faith for a happy ending of her life,
so that she comes to me and we'd travel to the light.
We would be two humans in the sky,
four wings learning to fly, two angels in the sky.

  1. I really love this photo because there is a sense of serealism. Also it reminds me of Pocohantas not only in the photo but in the writing as well.

  2. I liked the surrealism use in this picture. Also, the literal use of feathers representing an angels wings. I like how the feathers are focused, making them the focus point of the picture, and the person is blurred which adds a sense of mystery to whom the person is.
